Lahiri will serve as SVP, Business Development and Molyneaux as VP, Gulf Coast region
Cooper Machinery Services has named Debarshi Lahiri as senior vice president, Business Development and Dustin Molyneaux as vice president, Gulf Coast Region.
Lahiri is a seasoned international executive with over two decades of experience across multiple functions and service industries. He started his career as a field engineer with Schlumberger and distinguished himself with roles of increasing complexity and leadership in Operations, Sales & Marketing, Strategy, and Business Development. Before joining Cooper, Lahiri served as vice president of Global Commercial and Operations at GXO Logistics, Inc. Prior to his tenure at GXO, he held several senior leadership roles at Siemens and Schlumberger.
He holds a Bachelor of Technology, Honors degree in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, and an MBA from London Business School.
Molyneaux brings more than 16 years of experience in the machinery manufacturing industry. His career began at Dresser-Rand in 2008, where he wore many hats, including Client Service Manager, Commercial Operations Manager, and Service Center Manager. Following the acquisition of Dresser-Rand by Siemens Energy in 2017, he held positions such as Director of Sales – Atlantic, Director of Business Development and Digital Solution Sales, North America, and Head of Sales North America – Industrial Applications Services. By 2022, he was promoted to Head of Global Repair Operations, and in 2023, he moved to Shermco Industries as VP of National Accounts.
He holds a Bachelor of Economics from the University of South Florida and an MBA from Louisiana State University.
