Who are the judges for the 2025 European Rental Awards?
31 October 2024
The five judges have been chosen for the 2025 European Rental Awards, with representatives from rental companies and associations in Sweden, Germany, France and the UK.
The judges, plus the non-voting chair, will be:
- Stéphane Hénon (ERA president and Loxam managing director)
- Jon Overman (HSS Hire Shops CEO)
- Murray Pollok (IRN managing editor)
- Monika Rubensson (Rentalföretagen CEO, Swedish association)
- Frank Seidler (HKL managing director)
- Non-voting chair: Michel Petitjean (ERA secretary general)
Murray Pollok and Stéphane Hénon represent the organisers of the awards – International Rental News and the European Rental Association – while the other three judges bring an enormous breadth of experience to the process.
Jon Overman joined HSS more than 24 years ago and has risen to become CEO of its traditional hire stores operation. Frank Seidler has been with HKL for almost 11 years, having joined as a branch manager.
Monika Rubensson was appointed CEO of the Swedish rental association Rentalföretagen last year and has a deep understanding of the rental industry and equipment through her 17 years at JLG Industries.
The judging meeting will be held on 25 March, with the award shortlists announced shortly after that.
The awards dinner will be held on 4 June in Dublin, Ireland, during the ERA’s annual convention (4-5 June).
Details of the award categories and the entry deadline will be given in the coming days. For information on the event, visit https://eurorentalawards.com/
