Shaw Development makes staffing changes

Shaw Development LLC said it has made significant updates to the organization.

A 30-year veteran of the company, Nick Delihas has been promoted to vice president of OEM Sales. His previous experience includes director-level positions in product development, engineering, sales and more.

The company said his promotion underscores its commitment to leveraging internal talent to drive growth and innovation.

At the same time, Aaron Schwass joined the company as vice president of Aftermarket Group. He previously served as vice president of the wheel end business at Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems LLC.

In his new role, Schwass will focus on better serving Shaw’s aftermarket customers and help ensure high service standards across the segment.

Based in Bonita Springs, Fla., Shaw Development is a global supplier of products for the off-highway, on-highway trucking, industrial and aftermarket industries. Its solutions include DEF systems, filler caps, adapters and quick-connect fluid couplers.
