NSMP names new CEO

Fletcher had served as company’s Chief Commercial Officer

North Sea Midstream Partners (NSMP), a leading independent midstream operator in the UK, has appointed Angela Fletcher as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

Fletcher previously served as the company’s Chief Commercial Officer for the past year.

NSMP owns nearly 600km of gas pipelines in the North Sea, which supply up to a quarter of the UK’s gas demand. The company said it operates the largest and most diversified gas transportation and processing system in the country, employing over 1,000 people across sites in St. Fergus, Teesside, and Risavika, Norway.

“Angela is the ideal leader to drive the success of NSMP as we build sustainable growth and support the energy transition,” said Paul Warwick, NSMP’s Chair.

Warwick also thanked interim CEO Richard Ozsanlav for his role during the transition period.

Fletcher brings extensive experience in the energy sector, having previously served as Chief Commercial Officer at Ancala Midstream Acquisitions, where she managed midstream infrastructure connecting fields in the UK and Norway.

“It is a privilege to step into the CEO role as we continue to supply the country with gas, support the economy, and drive the energy transition,” Fletcher said. “NSMP plays a critical role in ensuring homegrown energy security.”
