Screencore has introduced a new 470 XGRID screening, scalping, and stockpiling solution. The machine combines the functions of a tracked screener/scalper with the stockpiling capacity of a 15m (50’) stacker.

The 470 XGRID combines features of Screencore’s existing scalper screens, which offer large stockpiles powered by their own unit or external sources such as crushers, screens, or generators.

The 470 XGRID is said to provide an integrated solution that reduces the need for multiple machines. It combines screening, scalping, and stockpiling capabilities in one unit.

The machine features a heavy-duty primary scalper screen and a 15m (50’) stacker, allowing for the screening and stockpiling of large quantities of material in a single process. The 470 XGRID can process materials like rock, demolition concrete, sand, gravel, soil, and mulch, with its vibrating grid designed to separate large materials while allowing finer particles to pass through to the stockpile.

The company says that the 470 XGRID is built to handle demanding materials and can operate in confined spaces. It offers flexibility, with a 1,200mm belt feed hopper and various grid options. In addition to the standard 15m stockpiling conveyor, optional 18m, 21m, or 24m conveyors are available.

The machine can be configured for specific applications, including mulch processing, and comes with a multifunction radio remote for control. It is available in diesel or Dual-Power configurations.
