Cyber security certificate achieved

PROGNOST Systems and its parent company, Burckhardt Compression have earned the cyber security IEC62443-4-1 certification from the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC).

The companies said the certification covers the entire spectrum of development and product lifecycle for internet-connected devices, encompassing incident management procedures and a process for continuous delivery of updates to maintain cyber security throughout the lifespan of these products.

The companies said receiving this certification is a significant accomplishment and a fundamental requirement for delivering products and services critical to cyber security to their valued customers. It is important to note that the IEC62443 framework mandates ongoing efforts to maintain this level of cyber security, the companies said.
