Enerflex Adds Juan Carlos Villegas To Its Board Of Directors

Enerflex has appointed Juan Carlos Villegas as its director. Villegas joins the company’s current group of directors, which includes Robert S. Boswell, W. Bryon Dunn, Marc E. Rossiter, H. Stanley Marshall, Kevin J. Reinhart, Stephen J. Savidant, Michael A. Weill, Maureen Cormier Jackson and Helen J. Wesley.
Villegas, a 40-year industry veteran with executive and operational leadership experience in North and Latin America, began his career with Cummins and Komatsu. From there, he joined Finning International Inc., holding several senior executive roles.
Before retiring in December 2018, Villegas served as president and chief operating officer of Finning Canada. Prior to that, he was the chief operating officer for Finning International.
