Cryogenic Processing Plants Coming From Saulsbury

Saulsbury Industries, a contractor for heavy industrial markets, received a contract to construct three cryogenic processing plants at Apache Corp.’s Diamond processing facility. The plants each have a capacity of 200 MMcfd (5.6 X 106 m3/d).

The construction process includes liquid stabilization, slug catchers, gas treating, gas processing and residue gas compression. The facilities will also feature technology that maximizes natural gas liquids production by offering a high recovery rate for propane, ethane and heavier liquids.

Construction has already started, with the first train expected in the first half of 2019. The remaining two trains are expected in the third quarter of the same year.
