Caterpillar Global Petroleum has launched the Cat 3512E (HD) high-horsepower land well service engine. The U.S. EPA Tier 4 Final engine is offered with ATAAC and SCAC configurations in two power ratings: 2250 bhp (1678 bkW) at 1800 rpm and 2500 bhp (1864 bkW) at 1800 rpm. The engine will be available for customers to order in 2014.
